Agenda:
1. Election of President, Vice President and Treasurer / Secretary
I suggest that we elect Stan for Treasurer / Secretary, Marc for VP and myself for President. In the current Inter regional council, we don't have good representation for Juniors. Our region is a hot bed for Juniors currently. I believe that i can be the Juniors voice in IRC. To be part of IRC, i beleive one needs to be president of their region. If i can be part of IRC without being president, then i don't have to take up this role. 

2. By-laws
My proposal here is to take the erstwhile region 5 by-laws and replace the references with region 5 and adopt them as our region'r by-laws as a starting point.

3. What initiatives do we want to pick ?
Some that i can think of:
- Increase the number of technical officials in our region
- Aim to increase USAB members in our region 5 - 10% annually
- Popularize Silicon Valley International tournament and help the current organizers in its smooth running
- How do we raise money for the region
- More to be added by Stan and Marc
